At the heart of my work is a belief that healing happens in connection—with ourselves, others, and our environment. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, brave, and curious—where you can explore what feels overwhelming or unclear with someone beside you. I won’t shy away from the uncomfortable topics or emotions, and you won’t be alone as you face them. We co-create a therapeutic relationship where your lived experience is honored, your nervous system feels safe, and your inner wisdom can emerge. My work draws from somatic approaches, expressive arts, and mindfulness practices. These methods offer alternative ways to access and express emotions—especially when words alone fall short. I work with people navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges. I specialize in working with young adults (ages 18–30) and individuals who identify as queer and/or neurodivergent.
